Most don't, because they dont have the time or dont whelp them in the house and dont want you to see. The puppies are outside and have no real quality time to be socialized. Down load Skype, Its free from computer to computer and all you need is a few inexpensive products. Speaker, microphone, and web cam. Most of these products are about 10.00 each, but a better quality web cam will show the picture better. I suggest fast internet service because there is a delay, but once you have skype you will love it.
