How
I got started in Website Design, SEO Optimization and Website Optimization
In 1993,
I originally created my website, with the domain name, www.vdrrottweilerbreeders.com to support my home based Rottweiler breeding
business. I quickly realised that it was not enough to simply have a website, if the people searching for Rottweiler puppies
could not find my website when using popular search engines. That would be similar to opening a wonderful ice cream stand
on a deserted island, that could not be found on any maps. The most important thing is to be able to be found, using the popular
search engines, of which, the most popular search engine today, is Google.
A year later, 1994, I still was not
being listed on search engines. So, I decided to educate myself, by taking courses at New England Institute of Technology,
located in Warwick, R.I. and after completing the 4 year course, I received my BA in Design: (Electromechanical Design, Manufacturing
Product Design, Autocad Design and Website Design). For the next 10 years, my sophisticated and beautifully designed website
was still not within the top 10 pages of the popular search engines.
During those 10 years, I tried working with
SEO consultants at the time, to understand Search Engine Optimization, learning what I could from them, and studying other
websites that were highly rated on search engines, (including studying their html source code), to learn what they were doing
to get highly ranked on search engines.
Then, in 2005, I got a job working for a company that specialized as Search
Engine Optimization Consultants, and I learned more from them about SEO optimization, website design, website optimization,
SEO services, graphic design, website design as I worked as a SEO consultant on other people's websites, improving their websites,
so that they would become more highly ranked with search engines. With what I learned in my on the job training, I applied
this knowledge to my own website and reworked my website to incorporate what I had learned from my training with these SEO
Consultants that was needed to be highly ranked on Google. After tweaking my website, within three months, I was on page 2
nationally on Google, and on page one of Google for the keywords: Rottweiler Breeders in TN, Rottweiler Puppies for sale in
TN.

engines for you, or guide you through the process to submit site, or add url.
The website hosting company that
I prefer to use when building a SEO optimized website design is Web.com. This is because they are one of the top web hosting
companies you might use. Since I have created so many websites for other people, they offer me a discount for each new website
that I design, giving my clients access to cheap website hosting. Free website hosting and domain companies usually do not
offer the capabilities to be highly ranked in Google; their architecture is not "Google friendly" and their website
design tools are quite limited. It is for those reasons that I do not recommend that my clients use free websites, or free
websites hosting or free domain name companies. I also recommend Godaddy.com as your website domain provider, because they
offerto you the flexibility to tweak your html to rise in popularity with Google. Unfortunately, Godaddy's website hosting
service is not user friendly,and is hard to navigate, which is why I prefer web.com for website hosting. Web.com also allows
you to add Google Analytics, which will soon be required by Google to be highly ranked in searches. I can also help you to
effectively use Google Ad Words and select effective Google Ad Words keywords.
